Solid work. Steady beat and a smooth use of synths.

ExRedux responds:

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback.

I have been following you since i first heard Instrumental #4 back in like 2008. You are hands down one of my favorite instrumental artists of all time. Your music is so mystical and magical and emotional. Every song provokes certain images or feelings in me, in a way not many pieces of music can. You definitely have a gift.

I love the dubstep influence in this track, by the way. Not something I would have expected from you. Keep up what you're doing!

beautiful...

this song is flawless in every aspect.

it whispers softly to the heart and echoes the dreams of those who hear this song. i close my eyes and imagine i am far away...drifting peacefully through a serene scape...

Reasoner responds:

Wow, nice scenery you've described there. That's a better description then I could ever give it. Thanks for listening

another masterpiece!

i love your use of "soft synths." not so much the "shrill" synths, but as you see i still give it a 10.

btw, i bought FL, but when i started using it, i realized all the good plugins were just demos, and it was gonna cost like 30 bucks for each! so i got really mad and discouraged and haven't really tried using it since. any good advice/pointers? or am i pretty much screwed unless i fork out the cash for the filters and plugins?

i.e. what are some of the filters/plugins you use that come free with fruityloops edition. it might encourage me to play around some more.

woooooooo!!!!

i love this! b/c of your fantastic review of my stuff, i decided to check your audio out, and i'm glad i did! i really wanna DL this, but my firewall is so strict, i'm gonna have to mess with it so i can put your music on my iTunes. expect more reviews from me!

Nintechno responds:

Thanks man, I look forward to it, if ya want me to check out a new song, dont hesitate to PM me =D

If you cant download, tell me and Ill send it to ya!

calm down, all you downvoters!

(before i start, it's me zombie-san from back in the day)

first off, aspachi, ignore those that gave you a zero. even people who haven't heard this song are going to be informed of its VG origin b/c you included FF7 in the title. but i am HUGE fan of the game, and i have listened to the OST well over a hundred times, and still don't find this version offensive. it's one of my fav songs from the game. it brings back wonderful memories of when i played the game when it debuted in 1997, back when i was only 10 years old (was it really so long ago...?). FF7 will always bring me warm feelings and happy memories. and i still play the game at least once every year so i can relive the memories...

now, on to the song review...*wipes tears away* lol

1. i know how picky you are with your music--you're so careful to avoid plagiarizing.
2. i'm betting you even made this song from scratch, like you usually do with your tributes. (obviously the addition of the acoustic strumming)
3. i love it so much b/c you kept the heart and spirit of the music. nobuo uematsu's music is so deep and heartfelt, it's not easy to reproduce, but you have.

WELL DONE!

eerie

Reminds me of the first few resident evil games. (btw, it's me zombie-san).
how comes the game ur working on??

RESPECT

Hey you might remember me (or not) from a while back (used to be Zombie-san). I hadn't heard this one! It's amazing! keep up the excellent work!
